The THCA market has no FDA oversight and minimal regulation. Buyer due diligence is your only protection. Here's a systematic way to evaluate any vendor.
1. COAs on Every Product
A Certificate of Analysis from an accredited third-party lab is non-negotiable. It should be batch-specific (not a generic strain test), current (within 12 months), and test for THCA potency, Delta-9 THC (must be under 0.3%), pesticides, heavy metals, and residual solvents. If a vendor won't share COAs, don't buy.
