By accessing or using https://terpseek.com ("TerpSeek," "the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What TerpSeek Is

TerpSeek is a price comparison and discovery platform for hemp-derived THCA products. We are an independent directory — not a retailer, dispensary, or licensed cannabis business. We do not sell, ship, or handle any products. All purchases are made directly with third-party vendors.

3. Affiliate Relationships

Vendor information (names, prices, products, logos) is sourced from publicly available data and vendor-submitted information. Vendors may request corrections or removal by contacting us at legal@terpseek.com.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TERPSEEK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY VENDOR, PRODUCT, OR HEALTH CLAIM MADE BY ANY VENDOR.

NOTHING ON TERPSEEK CONSTITUTES LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. HEMP LAWS CHANGE FREQUENTLY — ALWAYS VERIFY LEGALITY IN YOUR STATE BEFORE PURCHASING.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERPSEEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH LINKED VENDORS.
