Laws for hemp, THCa, cannabis, cannabinoids, shipping, possession, and purchase eligibility vary by state and locality and may change. You are responsible for checking your local laws before clicking to vendors or purchasing anything.

TerpSeek is an independent price comparison, product discovery, vendor directory, community, and data tool. We are not a retailer, dispensary, laboratory, doctor, law firm, payment processor, shipper, or licensed cannabis business. We do not sell, ship, handle, test, or possess any products listed on the site.

TerpSeek content is informational only. Nothing on the site is legal advice, medical advice, dosage guidance, product safety advice, or a recommendation to buy or consume any product. Vendor claims, lab reports, effects, strain data, and product descriptions may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or generated from third-party data.

We try to make prices, availability, strain labels, product types, COA links, parsed cannabinoids, terpene data, and deal signals useful and current. This data can come from public vendor pages, automated scrapers, vendor submissions, lab documents, third-party APIs, community reports, or our own calculations.

Always verify price, availability, legality, COA details, shipping rules, ingredients, and safety information directly on the vendor site before buying. TerpSeek does not guarantee that any listing, score, badge, label, product type, COA parse, or discount is correct.

You are responsible for your account, activity, posts, messages, uploads, vendor submissions, and any content you provide. Do not upload or post private information, illegal content, product claims you cannot support, spam, malware, harassment, threats, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

By posting or uploading content, you grant TerpSeek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, resize, moderate, remove, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the site. You keep ownership of your own content.

Vendor names, logos, product images, descriptions, prices, and public business details may be indexed from public sources or submitted by vendors. Vendors may request corrections, removal, or account support by emailing terpseek@gmail.com.

Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee approval, placement, traffic, sales, ranking, or continued indexing. Paid or affiliate relationships may be disclosed, but they do not guarantee search position.

TerpSeek may earn commissions when you click certain links and buy from third-party vendors. Affiliate links may route through TerpSeek for attribution and logging. Read our Affiliate Disclosure.

• Use TerpSeek to violate any law or vendor terms.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, resell, or bulk export site data without written permission.
• Interfere with the site, bypass rate limits, probe security, or use automated abuse tools.
• Submit false vendor, product, lab, coupon, review, or community information.
• Upload malware, illegal material, private personal data, or content you do not have rights to share.

Purchases, shipping, returns, payments, product quality, age checks, legal compliance, and customer service are handled by third-party vendors, not TerpSeek. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, claims, orders, policies, or failures.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERPSEEK AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PRODUCT ISSUES, LEGAL CONSEQUENCES, OR THIRD-PARTY VENDOR DISPUTES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TerpSeek harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the site, your content, your vendor submissions, your purchases from third parties, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms, change features, moderate content, suspend accounts, remove listings, or discontinue parts of the site. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
