What to include
- Your TerpSeek account email, if you have one.
- The request type: access, correction, deletion, export, opt-out, or appeal.
- Whether the request involves account data, community posts, uploaded images, saved searches, alerts, vendor submissions, or newsletter records.
- A safe way for us to verify the request belongs to you.
We may ask for additional verification before changing or exporting account data. Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, or legitimate business records.
